1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the oktk9 platform and all services included within it. By creating an account on oktk9 or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To participate on the oktk9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online betting or gaming is legally permitted.
• You may hold only one account registered in your own name.
• You may not open an account on behalf of another person.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or terminated, and any pending balance may be forfeited.

• Your password must be kept completely confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account is prohibited.

4 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on oktk9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• Deposited amounts are generally credited to your account instantly.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete.
• Additional documentation may be requested if misuse of the service is suspected.

6 Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)

oktk9 is committed to preventing money laundering and ensuring financial security. To this end, we take the following measures:

• Accounts will be verified in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Users may be asked to submit documents related to their identity and source of income.
• If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the account will be closed and funds will be held.

7 Welcome Bonus Terms

New users will receive a bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply when claiming this bonus:

• A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only).
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving you ৳2,200 to play with in total; you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing the bonus.
• Claiming the bonus is optional. You can deposit without taking the bonus.
• While a bonus is active, wagering must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• A user may receive this bonus only once.

8 Other Bonuses & Promotions

oktk9 runs various promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated on that promotion's page. The general rules are:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated as permitted.
• Bonuses are for recreational play only — misusing a bonus may result in account termination.
• Strategically accumulating bonuses using your own or another person's account is prohibited.

9 VIP Program Terms

The oktk9 VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on gaming activity and participation. Cashback is calculated each week and is generally credited on the following business day.

10 Permitted Use

oktk9 is provided for recreational use only. When participating on the platform, you must follow these rules:

• All games must be played fairly. Any form of cheating or manipulation is prohibited.
• Using any software or technique intended to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• You must treat other users with respect.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform is prohibited.

11 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Collaborative betting or using bonuses through coordinated strategies.
• Assisting minors in creating or using an account.
• Using the platform for financial transactions or any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security.

12 Technical Issues & Disputes

If a game or transaction is not completed due to a technical reason, or if an incorrect result is displayed:

• oktk9 server logs and the game provider's records will be treated as the final proof.
• We reserve the right to recover any amount incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

• Financial loss resulting from your own account management decisions.

oktk9 always strives to provide uninterrupted and accurate service, though brief downtime may occur due to server maintenance or technical upgrades.

16 Indemnification

If you breach these Terms or infringe upon any third party's rights, you are responsible for protecting oktk9 and its representatives from any resulting claims, damages, costs, or expenses.

17 Our Commitment

oktk9 believes that entertainment is enjoyable only when experienced responsibly. We are committed to ensuring a healthy and controlled gaming environment for our users.
